You can feel secure ordering new services at Bacloud Data Center as a 30-day money-back policy is guaranteed. To take advantage of this option, you just need to create a support ticket in the Bacloud client area, specifying the service ID number or server IP address. A refund will be made using the same payment method (or payment system) you used to make the order. It takes 5 to 10 business days to issue a refund.

Refund terms:

• Newly registered users can apply for a refund only. A refund will not be issued if the user previously registered, closed, and re-created an account again.
• The refund applies only to the first service purchased.
• If there was more than one service in the order, the money-back guarantee applies to each ordered service.
• If services are ordered from a reseller of Bacloud - the reseller has to be contacted directly regarding the refund. Refund requests are not processed if there are no services ordered directly from Bacloud.
• The money-back-guarantee is applied for new services ordered within the past 30 days.

Money back guarantee not apply:

• Domain registration, renewal, transfer, and configuration fee.
• Renewals of services.
• Software licenses or their supplements, SSL certificates and IP addresses.
• Installation works when this amount is specified in the invoice at a separate rate.
• "Add to credit" transactions.
• Users who have provided false registration details.
• Violating Baclouds’ terms of service or performing prohibited activities in the data center.

The money-back guarantee does not apply to transaction fees - it will be deducted from a total refunded amount. If the payment was made using Alipay, Paypal, or Paysera the refund fee is 0.50€ + transaction fee. The refund fee for payments via Coingate (cryptocurrency) is a 1% transaction fee + a 3€ one-time fee. The money-back transfer bank fee is 0.50€.

The money-back guarantee does not apply to citizens or residents of countries subject to applicable European Union sanctions or restrictions. Customers are strongly advised to check the current EU sanctions applicable to their country of residence using the official EU Sanctions Map.

Countries from which Bacloud does not accept registrations are not available for selection in the Bacloud registration form. If a customer purchases or uses a service from a country subject to applicable restrictions, this may be considered a breach of Bacloud's Terms of Service, and the service fee may not be refunded.

Before processing any refund, Bacloud reserves the right to request KYC verification for individual customers or KYB verification for business customers, together with supporting documentation, to confirm the customer's identity, country of residence, company registration details where applicable, and that the customer, account holder, or purchasing entity is not subject to applicable sanctions or otherwise prohibited from using Bacloud services.
